Avens - Referencing the splashes of ginger on her mostly white pelt which resemble the orange petals of a Avens Flower.
Paw - Addressing her current rank as a FerryClan apprentice.

Description

A nimble, thin furred calico molly with yellow eyes. Majority of her pelt is white.

Appearance

Avenspaw stands shorter than most of her clan-mates and her weight doesn't much help her in that factor. She's lithe and has little to no fat. She does have a bit of muscle in her legs which helps her run however. Around 70% of her sleek fur is covered in white. The rest of her is splashed in black and ginger though the ginger is more prominent. She has tall thin ears which are rounded at the tip. One of the most noticeable things about her is her tail or lack there of. It's just a stub of fur that wags wildly when Avenspaw is excited.

Personality

Avenspaw is a cool and fun-loving cat. She's full of laughter and energy. She’s incredibly youthful. In fact, she kind of fears growing up and likes to have as much fun as she can. Because of her youthful persona, she can be cool with kits, exercising their mischievous natures. She enjoys instigating bad behavior and believes that young cats should be able to have adventures and experience things. That being said, she doesn’t like cats who restrict adventure.

She isn't just a ball of energy however. Avenspaw is often impulsive and rarely thinks before doing. She tends to jump into situations head first and often feels the consequences of her actions but only when consequences are allowed to come. She doesn't do well by herself and functions better as a follower rather than a leader. This of course influences her insecurities seeing as her own sister is the leader of FerryClan. She's incredibly jealous of Saltstar and uses the fact that she has kits as an excuse to dislike her but really just wishes she could be worth something..

Her insecurities often lead to her holding in her emotions and exploding later on. When she does explode, she isn't reluctant with using claws and harsh words.

History

Avenspaw was born into a litter of one. She was small and fragile and often felt inadequate. Right from the get-go she had a lot to live up to. Her sister was the leader of FerryClan(albeit a grudged one) and her other siblings, Emberclaw, and Larksong were also quite respectable as well. It didn't help that her two elder aged parents always compared her to Saltstar who was said to be quite similar to her when she was an apprentice. However, Avenspaw decided to not let those things bother her. She was a FerryClan cat and wanted to live as much as she could. Once she earned the rank of apprentice, her mischievous behavior increased. She would pull all sorts of pranks. Anything from putting beetles in the warrior's nests to some more extreme things. Avenspaw would be lying if she said she hadn't fooled around in the catnip more than once. Of course she's faced multiple punishments but none of them seem to calm her lively personality. She now spends her days causing mischief.
